Adele, David Bowie คว้า 5 รางวัลจากเวที Grammy Awards 2017

หลังจากปีที่แล้วสาว Adele ไม่ได้เข้าชิงรางวัลแกรมมี่ เพราะเพลง “Hello” ถูกปล่อยช่วงหลังเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2015 พอมาปี 2017 นี้ ก็เลยเป็นไปตามคาด นอกจาก “Hello” จะกวาดรางวัลใหญ่ที่สุดในงาน The 59th Grammy Awards ไปเรียบ ทั้ง Record of the Year, Song of the Year และ Best Pop Solo Performance  สาว Adele ยังส่งอัลบั้ม 25 คว้ารางวัล Album of the Year และ Best Pop Vocal Album ไปได้อีก

แม้ว่างานนี้ Adele จะชนะคุณแม่ Beyonce ไปได้หลายช่วงตัว แต่เธอกล่าวชื่นชม Beyonce ขณะรับรางวัลบนเวที จนทำให้สาว Beyonce ซึ้งน้ำตาซึมกันเลยทีเดียว

แต่งานนี้ไม่ได้มีแต่คุณแม่ Adele เท่านั้นที่กวาดรางวัลกลับบ้านไปมากที่สุด ยังมีศิลปินระดับโลกที่เพิ่งลาโลกไปอย่าง David Bowie มากวาดรางวัลไปมากเท่าๆ กับสาว Adele นั่นคือ 5 รางวัล ทั้ง Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance จากเพลง “Blackstar”  Best Alternative Music Album, Best Recording Package และ Best Engineered Album-Non Classical จากอัลบั้ม Blackstar

เรียกได้ว่างานแกรมมี่ปีนี้ถูกศิลปินจากฝั่งอังกฤษกวางรางวัลไปเพียบ แต่แน่นอนว่าศิลปินฝั่งอเมริกันก็ไม่น้อยหน้าเหมือนกัน ทั้งแร๊ปเปอร์ชื่อดัง Chance the Rapper ที่คว้ารางวัล Best New Artist, Best Rap Album จากอัลบั้ม The Coloring Book และ Best Rap Performance จากเพลง "No Problem" Featuring Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz

คุณแม่ลูกแฝด Beyonce ที่คว้ารางวัล Best Urban Contemporary Album จากอัลบั้ม Lemonade และ Best Music Video จาก “Formation” นอกจากนั้นที่น่าสนใจก็มี The Chainsmoker, Twenty One Pilots, Justin Timberlake จาก Best Song Written for Visual Media ในเพลง "Can't Stop the Feeling!" และ Megadeth ที่คว้ารางวัล Best Metal Performance จากเพลง "Dystopia" จากเวทีแกรมมี่จนได้ หลังจากมีชื่อเสนอเข้าชิงรางวัลมา 12 ครั้ง (แต่ในงานดันเปิดเพลง “Master of Puppets” ของ Metallica เสียอย่างนั้น)
